Provides that, for temporary buildings or buildings under construction which are not yet occupied for their intended purpose: toileting and handwashing facilities shall be provided for the convenience of all workers; sanitary facilities shall meet specified requirements; separate facilities are not required for males and females if individual portable units are used; and for one through 200 employees, one facility shall be provided for every 40 employees, and for over 200 employees, one facility shall be added for every 50 employees.
