<reference>820 ILCS 230/2.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Employee Washroom Act. Provides that, for temporary buildings or buildings under construction which are not yet occupied for their intended purpose: toileting and handwashing facilities shall be provided for the convenience of all workers; sanitary facilities shall meet specified requirements; separate facilities are not required for males and females if individual portable units are used; and for one through 200 employees, one facility shall be provided for every 40 employees, and for over 200 employees, one facility shall be added for every 50 employees. Provides that all non-sewered units shall be pumped regularly to assure adequate working facilities. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
