<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>720 ILCS 5/12-18</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 12-18</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that if a person is charged with criminal sexual abuse or aggravated criminal sexual abuse, the prosecuting State's Attorney shall seek an order from the court to compel the accused to be tested for a sexually transmissible disease, including a test for infection with HIV. Presently, the test is only required for persons charged with criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
