<reference>305 ILCS 5/8A-8</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 8A-8</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that a person who has been convicted of a felony is barred from participating as a vendor of goods or services in the Medicaid program. Provides that such a person may apply to the Department of Public Aid for reinstatement as a vendor after the passage of 10 years following the conviction. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
