<reference>225 ILCS 85/22b new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>410 ILCS 620/3.21</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 503.21</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987 and the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act to allow pharmacists to initiate emergency contraception drug therapy without a prescription. Requires the pharmacist to provide the recipient of the emergency contraception drugs with a standardized fact sheet.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Economic and Fiscal Commission)</synopsistitle>

<SynopsisText>Section 10 of the Balanced Budget Note Act requires the preparation of a Balanced Budget Note for supplemental appropriation bills.
