<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-206</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-206</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who was under the age of 21 years at the time of arrest may avoid the suspension of his or her license for a second offense against traffic regulations governing the movement of vehicles within a 24 month period if he or she completes an approved driver safety course. Provides that the Secretary of State shall adopt rules for implementing this option.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
