Defines "public health", "public safety", and "public welfare". Makes changes in provisions concerning the qualifications for licensure. Provides that an unlicensed person who has completed the education requirements, is actively participating in the diversified professional training, and maintains in good standing a training record as required for licensure may use the title "architectural intern", but may not engage in the practice of architecture. <SynopsisText>With the passage of House Bill 5892, it is assumed that 10% of staff time for these individuals could be dedicated to other profession workloads.
