Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the annual testing of well water.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>415 ILCS 5/13.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>415 ILCS 5/42</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1042</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the injunction that the proper State's Attorney or the Attorney General may request, in order to restrain violations of this Act, any rule or regulation adopted under this Act, any permit or term or condition of a permit, or any Board order, may be prohibitory or mandatory. Provides that the injunction may also be requested in order to require such other actions as may be necessary to address violations of this Act, any rule or regulation adopted under this Act, any permit or term or condition of a permit, or any Board order.
