<reference>210 ILCS 3/10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText> Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning definitions.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Department of Children and Family Services)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>The legislation does not cause a fiscal impact to DCFS.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Office of the Secretary of State)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Because it is not possible to determine at this time which Secretary of State facilities may ultimately be considered high-traffic facilities in high risk communities, the total fiscal impact on the Secretary of State's office cannot be estimated. However, the Secretary of State's office does not currently have excess space in its facilities for operations unrelated to the Secretary of State's office. If House Bill 5789, as amended by House Amendment 1, becomes law, the Secretary of State's office may be compelled to build, lease, or otherwise obtain additional space adjacent to any facility designated a high-traffic facility in a high risk community.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Department of Human Services)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Depending on how this bill is defined in rules and the impact to the facilities, this legislation is estimated to cost a minimum of $950,000. The range of cost of this legislation in FY05 is $950,000 to $9 million.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
