Provides that, for the purpose of calculating general State aid only, the Average Daily Attendance figure, for pupils in grades 9 through 12, shall be increased by 2% for fiscal year 2005, by 4% for fiscal year 2006, by 6% for fiscal year 2007, by 8% for fiscal year 2008, and by 10% for fiscal year 2009 and each fiscal year thereafter.
