<reference>20 ILCS 605/605-313 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to conduct a study on the effects of extending Daylight Savings Time to the months when Illinois normally would observe Central Standard Time and to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly on or before July 1, 2005. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
