<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-206.3 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, if a person is convicted of a felony or misdemeanor under any law of this State and he or she used a vehicle in the commission of the offense, the court has discretion to order suspension of the person's driving privileges, for not more than 6 months for a first offense in which a vehicle was used, and for not more than one year for a second or subsequent offense in which a vehicle was used.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
