<reference>235 ILCS 5/5-7 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Liquor Control Act of 1934. Requires a person who applies for the issuance or renewal of a license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor to include, with his or her application, proof of completion of a State-certified Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) program for all persons who sell or serve alcoholic beverages under that license, all management personnel working at the licensed premise, and anyone whose job description entails the checking of identification for the purchase of alcoholic beverages under that license.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
