<reference>215 ILCS 5/356z.5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>305 ILCS 5/5-5</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 5-5</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code setting forth coverage requirements that apply to group or individual policies of accident and health insurance and managed care plans, health maintenance organizations, and health services plan corporations. Requires coverage for a minimum of 2 spacers and peak flow meters per year. Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Adds to the list of medical services to be provided prescription inhalants and at least 2 spacers and peak flow meters to be provided each year.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
