<reference>420 ILCS 40/6</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 210-6</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Provides that the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (instead of the Department of Nuclear Safety) shall establish accreditation standards and procedures in the administration of radiation to human beings. Deletes a provision concerning standards and procedures for accrediting persons to perform a limited scope of diagnostic radiography procedures. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
