Provides that a labor organization must not exclude from membership any person who was an active member on or before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly, for the sole reason that the person does not have a high school diploma or a certificate of general educational development (GED). Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
