<reference>320 ILCS 30/3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 453</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act. In provisions concerning a continuation of the deferral during the life of the surviving spouse of a taxpayer who claimed the deferral before his or her death, eliminates the requirement that the surviving spouse be age 55 or older within 6 months of the date of the taxpayer's death. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
