Redefines a handicapped adult dependent as an adult dependent with a disability and requires that such a dependent (i) must be financially dependent upon the group member and (ii) must be eligible to be claimed by the member as a dependent for income tax purposes. Provides that the dependent's eligibility to receive social security disability benefits constitutes proof of disability.
