Provides that it is grounds for discipline for any funeral director or embalmer to fail to comply with a power of attorney for health care. Amends the Medical Patient Rights Act. Provides that a patient who is incapacitated or unable to communicate, may authorize visitors by executing a letter, form, or other document. Amends the Illinois Power of Attorney Act. Provides that any person licensed under the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Licensing Code must comply with a power of attorney for health care.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
