<reference>215 ILCS 5/356z.4</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. In provisions pertaining to coverage for contraceptives, provides that nothing in those provisions shall be construed to require a church or religious denomination providing insurance policies that include coverage for outpatient services and outpatient prescription drugs or devices to provide coverage for the insured and any dependent of the insured covered by the policy for outpatient contraceptive services and outpatient contraceptive drugs and devices approved by the Food and Drug Administration if doing so would be contrary to the tenets of the church or religious denomination.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
