<reference>225 ILCS 447/10-10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 2004. Provides that the Act does not apply to the interpretation of physical evidence in the application of scientific principles to form opinions relative to the events of a traffic accident by a person accredited under the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
