Provides that administrative expenses incurred by a responsible school district for children whose residence is other than a foster family home and who are educationally placed in a nonpublic school, nonpublic special education facility, public out-of-state school, or county special education facility are reimbursable. Provides that these administrative expenses must be associated with supervisory and case coordination responsibilities specific to these eligible students.
