Removes definitions of "referral" and "documented current and relevant diagnosis". Makes changes in the definition of "physical therapy". Requires that a physical therapist use the initials "PT" in connection with the physical therapist's name and a physical therapist assistant shall use the initials "PTA" in connection with the physical therapist assistant's name to denote licensure under the Act. Makes changes in the provisions concerning disciplinary grounds and civil penalties. Adds criminal penalties for advertising using words, abbreviations, figures, or letters indicating the practice of physical therapy without a license.
