Provides that any second division vehicle weighing not more than 8,000 pounds or first division vehicle manufactured on or after January 1, 2006 must be equipped with mirrors, sensors, a camera, or other device giving the driver an unobstructed view of the entire area immediately behind the vehicle. Provides that the new provision does not apply to any vehicle that is properly registered in another jurisdiction.
