<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-1003</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1003</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a violation of the provision regarding pedestrians crossing a roadway at any point other than a crosswalk is a petty offense and is punishable by a fine of $50, if the violation occurred in a business district, or a fine of $25, if the violation did not occur in a business district.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
