<reference>235 ILCS 5/4-4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 43, par. 112</aliasreference><reference>625 ILCS 5/6-206</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-206</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934 and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that each local liquor commissioner has the duty to notify the Secretary of State of any finding, rendered in an administrative proceeding, of a violation of certain ordinances concerning minors and alcoholic liquor. Authorizes the Secretary of State to suspend or revoke the driving privileges of any person, without a preliminary hearing, upon a showing of the person's records or other sufficient evidence that the person has been found, in an administrative hearing, to be in violation of certain ordinances concerning minors and alcoholic liquor.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
