<reference>40 ILCS 5/1-113.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the General Provisions Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that Article 3 and Article 4 funds may invest in exchange-traded funds. Provides that an Article 3 or Article 4 fund that has appointed an investment advisor may, through that investment advisor, invest a portion of its assets in debt obligations of corporations that meet certain requirements.
