Defines "highway route controlled quantity of radioactive materials". Provides for charging fees for trucks hauling that quantity of radioactive materials. Adds the development and implementation of a plan for inspecting shipments of highway route controlled quantities of radioactive materials to the list of actions that shall be taken under the Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness Program. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
