Provides that an order of complete or partial emancipation may be entered without the minor's consent if the minor has at least 2 adjudications of delinquency under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 for acts that would have each been either a Class A misdemeanor or a felony if committed by an adult, or at least 2 separate convictions for criminal offenses that were each either a Class A misdemeanor or a felony, or at least one such adjudication and at least one such conviction.
