<reference>20 ILCS 105/4.02</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 6104.02</aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 2405/3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 3434</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. Provides that vendors of homemaker and chore housekeeper services shall receive a rate increase of at least 3% but no more than 5% on July 1 of each year based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers as determined by the United States Department of Labor. Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. Provides that personal care attendants shall receive an automatic cost of living allowance of at least 3% but no more than 5% on July 1 of each year based on the Consumer Price Index. Effective July 1, 2003.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
