<reference>725 ILCS 5/114-15 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that before trial in a capital case, the court shall hold an evidentiary hearing to determine the reliability and admissibility of any in-custody informant's testimony at either the guilt or sentencing phase. Establishes factors that the court must consider in determining the reliability and admissibility of those statements.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
