<reference>725 ILCS 5/116-3</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that in capital cases, the trial court shall allow DNA testing if the testing may produce evidence that significantly advances the defendant's claim of innocence but the evidence need not completely exonerate the defendant.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
