<reference>725 ILCS 124/15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Capital Crimes Litigation Act. Provides that moneys in the Capital Litigation Trust Fund shall be used to pay for forensic testing of evidence that was not subject to testing at the time of the defendant's conviction in a capital first degree murder case because the technology was not available but in which new technology permits DNA testing and the testing has the scientific potential to produce new, noncumulative evidence materially relevant to the defendant's assertion of actual innocence.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
