<reference>725 ILCS 5/107-17 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that any statement made by the eyewitness at a lineup or photographic spread in a homicide investigation as to the witness's confidence that the identified person is or is not the actual person who committed the homicide shall be recorded in writing and the statement shall be signed and dated by the eyewitness.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
