In provisions concerning the 60-month limitation on the receipt of TANF assistance, requires the Department of Human Services to notify recipients of the approaching expiration of the 60-month period and to schedule meetings with recipients and take other actions, including making referrals for job placement or training and determining whether an exception to the 60-month limitation applies.
