<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Act. Provides that the Director of Commerce and Community Affairs shall adopt rules establishing minimum efficiency standards for certain products sold or installed in this State. Provides that the Director shall adopt procedures for testing the products and that manufacturers shall identify each product offered for sale or installed in the State as in compliance by means of a mark, label, or tag. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>State Debt Impact Note (Economic and Fiscal Commission)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>HB 3284 would not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
