<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>230 ILCS 10/7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 120, par. 2407</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that any owners license issued on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly authorizing gambling from a home dock in a municipality with a population of more than 500,000 shall be issued only to the governing board of the municipality, and no such license may be awarded to any other person or entity. Provides that if a license is issued to the governing board of a municipality, the governing board shall conduct an auction and grant the opportunity to manage the riverboat gambling operations to the highest qualified bidder. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
