Provides for expiration and renewal of certified public accounting certificates. Provides grounds for discipline for a holder of a certified public accounting certificate. In the definition of "certified public accountant" and in titling provisions, provides that a certificate must be current and unrevoked. In provisions concerning certificates issued under prior laws, provides that the certificates shall be valid and in force, unless suspended or revoked under the disciplinary provisions.
