Prohibits a person or persons from riding in a vehicle while the vehicle is being towed by a tow truck. Limits the number of passengers who may be in the cab of a tow truck while the tow truck is towing a vehicle. Effective immediately.House Amendment No. 1 Prohibits a person from occupying a vehicle while it is being towed by another vehicle on a public highway.
