<reference>305 ILCS 5/5-4.3 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that for emergency air transport by helicopter provided to a Medicaid recipient, the Department of Public Aid shall reimburse the provider of the emergency air transport services at a rate of $4,950 for each emergency flight. Provides that this provision does not prohibit a provider of emergency air transport by helicopter from billing separately for oxygen furnished while providing advanced life support services. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
