Provides that if a student has paid a fine to a municipality for conduct involving alcohol that violated an ordinance and the university imposes a fine on that student for the same conduct because the conduct violated a university policy governing student conduct, then the university must credit the fine paid to the municipality against the fine imposed by the university. Provides that if a student has paid a fine to the university for conduct involving alcohol that violated a university policy governing student conduct and a municipality imposes a fine on that student for the same conduct because the conduct violated an ordinance, then the university must pay to the municipality on behalf of the student the fine imposed by the municipality or that part of the fine that equals the amount of the fine imposed by the University, whichever is less.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
