<reference>105 ILCS 5/18-8.05</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code in a Section concerning the State aid formula. In a provision concerning supplemental General State aid, changes the definition of "Low Income Concentration Level" to be the low income eligible pupil count as determined by the Department of Human Services based on the number of pupils who are eligible for the Medicaid, KidCare, TANF, or Food Stamps program divided by the average daily attendance of the school district. Changes the amount of the grant to (i) $710 multiplied by the low income eligible pupil count for a school district with a Low Income Concentration Level of 15% or less and (ii) $588.50 added to $2,700 and multiplied by the square of the Low Income Concentration Level, all multiplied by the low income eligible pupil count, for a school district with a Low Income Concentration Level of greater than 15%. <SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in the State aid formula provisions concerning supplemental general State aid.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
