Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Pension Laws Commission)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>The fiscal impact of HB 2986 cannot be determined, as the additional number of widows who would qualify for a widow's annuity is unknown. The number of additional qualifying widows is expected to be small, therefore the fiscal impact is expected to be minor. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
