Beginning on January 1, 2004, exempts from the tax imposed by these Acts modular, pre-fabricated, metal, storage, and other structures used for agricultural purposes, including, but not limited to, pole barns used for storing agricultural inputs and equipment, bins used for storing agricultural products, and sheds used for protecting livestock. Provides that the purchaser must certify that the structure will be used for agricultural purposes. Provides that the sunset requirements of the Acts do not apply to the exemptions. Effective January 1, 2004.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
