<reference>720 ILCS 5/26-4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 26-4</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class A misdemeanor to knowingly videotape, photograph, or film another person in that person's residence, whether owned or rented, with a concealed or hidden camera or other video recording device without that person's consent. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony to knowingly disseminate or permit the dissemination of the unauthorized videotape, photograph, or film.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
