Increases the annual period during which an annuitant may be employed as a teacher without impairing retirement status, from 120 days or 600 hours to 168 days or 840 hours per year. <SynopsisText>The fiscal impact of HB 2916 cannot be determined, as the number of teachers returning to work is unknown.  Teachers returning to work under the provisions of HB 2916 would not accrue any additional benefits under TRS.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
