Provides that the Secretary of State shall revoke the registration of any vehicle owned and driven by a person adjudicated more than 90 days in arrears in payment of child support. Provides for the same due process procedures that apply when a court seeks to suspend a person's driving privileges for failure to comply with a support order. Provides for temporary registration of a vehicle for employment, medical, or other specified purposes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
