<reference>20 ILCS 605/605-332</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that a business proposing to construct an electric generating facility need not include certain documentation in its application for financial assistance or file certain monthly reports if it provides a bond to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs that is equal to the projected State occupation and use taxes during the 4 preceding calendar quarters. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>State Debt Impact Note (Economic and Fiscal Commission)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>HB 2867 would not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond, and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness. </SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Dept of Commerce and Community Affairs)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>House Bill 2867 is estimated to have no fiscal impact on the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
