Provides that the Department of Transportation, on request, shall issue single trip permits or annual permits for transportation of concrete pump trucks or well drilling equipment. Sets conditions for the issuance and use of these permits. Provides that the Department shall set fees for the permits. Provides that the Department shall determine the form and content of the permits with respect to highways under its jurisdiction. Provides that local authorities shall determine the form and content of the permits with respect to highways under their jurisdiction.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
