Provides that the Department shall determine the form and content of the permits with respect to highways under its jurisdiction. Provides that local authorities shall determine the form and content of the permits with respect to highways under their jurisdiction.House Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to:625 ILCS 5/15-301.1 newAdds reference to:625 ILCS 5/15-301625 ILCS 5/15-307Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Provides for the issuance of limited continuous operation permits for the operation of cranes, concrete pumps, and water drilling vehicles based on weight limits. Adds concrete vehicles to the list of vehicles for which overweight fees shall be charged. Adds fees for 90 day limited continuous operation and annual limited continuous operation.
