Provides that contracts or administrative policies may not provide for the waiver of any of the provisions of Article XX (health insurance) of the Code. <reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>215 ILCS 125/5-3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1411.2</aliasreference><reference>215 ILCS 165/10</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 32, par. 604</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Replaces the title and everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that contracts may not contain any provision, term, or condition that limits, restricts, or otherwise waives any provision of the Accident and Health Insurance Article of the Illinois Insurance Code. Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act and the Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to include contracts under those Acts within the scope of the bill. Effective December 1, 2003.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
