<reference>105 ILCS 5/18-8.10 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that if there has been an increase of over 10% in the number of students in a school district over any 2 consecutive school years, then the amount of general State aid for the next school year shall be increased by that portion of the percentage increase in the population of the school district over the 2 preceding school years that exceeds 10%. Effective July 1, 2003.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
